Back in August, I made the trip up to Moosehead Lake to photograph Chelsey & David’s wedding on a tugboat. It was a truly fantastic day!  Not only was the wedding stunning, both Chelsey & David, and their family & friends, were so welcoming and warm.  The bride & groom and their families put a lot of effort into making their August wedding a beautiful experience. It was only fitting that Chelsey & David’s nuptials would be picked by a fantastic wedding blog, Southern Weddings.

I have been following the blog of Southern Weddings Magazine for quite some time now. I’ve grown to admire and respect the women who create this beautiful magazine and keep the editorial content on their blog so fresh & incredibly fun. Their eye for design and style is amazing, which is why it’s so humbling (and a huge compliment!) to be included on their blog!

The SW staff celebrated the publication of their most recent issue a few weeks ago.  In honor of the newest issue, and their latest blog post featuring & [unlimited] photos, I thought it was only fitting to host a giveaway!

Seeing that the chance of me finding a copy of Southern Weddings in Maine was slim to none, I had my mom snag me a few copies on her way up to visit us from North Carolina.  I was not at all surprised to be blown away by the magazine.  The content, the photos (oh, the photos!), the layout, the design- everything- is incredible!  I love thinking that such a high quality publication is designed and created right in the quaint town where I spent four memorable years in college.

    Incredible new site Meredith! It looks amazing. Now you know I don’t really need a Southern Wedding subscription, but I know a certain someone who would absolutely love it so I’ll do this for her! Are my chances increased since I’m the first???
