palm beach trip!

Maine’s dramatic, rocky coast is just one of the many reasons Michael and I were drawn here after graduating from college.  Exploring the rocky beaches up and down the coast have been among some of our most memorable adventures since moving here, and somehow we wound up lucky enough to live a block away from one of the best beaches in the area.

These rocky beaches are also home to some of my favorite shooting locations.  This past year I’ve enjoyed photographing couples, dogs and kids up & down the rocky coastline.  After each shoot I realize how incredibly fortunate I am to have such a beautiful setting at my dispose.

But every photographer needs a change of scenery once in awhile . . . right?

In March I will take a short hiatus from the rocky Maine coastline and travel to the white, sandy beaches of Palm Beach, Florida to photograph the wedding of a darling couple I met while I was doing a commercial assignment in New York City this past fall.  Since the weather in Florida will be considerably warmer than Maine in March, (and by considerably, I mean about 40 degrees!) I’m coming a few days early to enjoy the warm weather and soak up the sun.  I will be scheduling photoshoots on Thursday March 11th and Friday March 12th.  If you or anyone you know in the Palm Beach area might be interested in scheduling a dog, family or engagement session, please contact me as soon as possible!
