one spoiled dog!

Orvis receives his fair share of gifts from various & unlimited clients, even those he’s never had the pleasure of meeting before.  Emily, Jay, Lulu, and Waddy sent him a handsome new collar this spring, and Sarah, Chad, and The Pointer Sisters seem to bring him dog biscuits every time they see me . . . even on their wedding day!  Really, how lucky can one black lab be?

A couple days ago, Orvis scored an entire box of gourmet treats from one of Boston’s favorite dog shops, Polka Dog Bakery.  The box’s label & branding was just too cute- how could I not photograph it before Orvis devours all of the treats?

The treats were given to us by an incredibly sweet family down in Boston – Mark, Courtney, and their Australian Labradoodle, Tessie.  I’ll be photographing Mark & Courtney’s wedding later this fall, and am so glad I had the chance to drive down to Boston the other night for their engagement session with Tessie.  What a cute little family!  These photos just make me want to squeeze Tess- what an adorable doodle!
