a magical experience.

I started & unlimited just a little over a year ago, and I’ve already had the pleasure of shooting in some of the most beautiful, unique settings I could ever imagine- a wedding on a tugboat, cute dogs in Central Park, a sweet couple in the Harvard Law Library (during finals week!), and a wedding reception underneath a giant blue whale, to name just a few.

Last night’s engagement session was another one of those unforgettable experiences.  I traveled up Route 1, through Maine’s beautiful midcoast region, to the beautiful Isle of Springs to photograph Elise & Shane.  Upon hearing that I’d never been to Isle of Springs before, Elise’s mother had described the island as “magical,” and after spending an evening there, I can honestly think of no better description.  Magical, indeed.

After Shane & Elise dropped me off (by boat!), I drove back down Route 1 with the lightest, happiest feeling in my heart, counting my blessings nearly the entire way home.
