magazine mondays: cheesecakes with raspberry hearts!

In my opinion, you would be hard-pressed to find someone who did not drool at first sight over the delicious looking cheesecake cupcakes on page 184 of the Summer Martha Stewart Weddings issue.  In fact, when I told Michael about my idea for Magazine Mondays with Meredith, he excitedly agreed to help on the first post if we made the Cheesecakes with Raspberry Hearts!

You can clearly see by the looks of our cupcakes, that we are certainly no match for Ms. Martha Stewart!  They may not be beautiful, but they are quite delicious!  We decided to cut Martha’s recipe in half and we’re both (yes, even Michael!) relieved we did!  In fact, I cannot imagine making the cupcakes unless you had 32 people with which to share them- they are just so rich! Delicious… but rich!

Kudos to Michael for helping me make the ampersand!  Try the recipe out for yourself- the cupcakes are perfect for any number of occasions from a wedding to a backyard summer soirée!
