magazine monday: martha’s giant sugar cookies!

I’ve had a recipe for the best sugar cookies (ever!) torn out and stuck in my recipe notebook for years now.  I had a hunch it was from a Martha Stewart Everyday Food magazine and a quick google search confirmed that this was indeed true.  For about a month, Michael and I got on a sugar cookie kick and were making this recipe weekly.  We’ve since scaled back, but I can only imagine that once things settle down after the New Year, we will get back into our sugar cookie groove.
