rhode island portraits: lily!
On Monday I made the trip down I-95 to a beautiful state park in Rhode Island, Lincoln Woods, to meet up with this adorable family. We enjoyed some beautiful light, nice cool, fall temperatures and the lovely colors of the New England foliage. If I would have thought to bring along some apple cider, we might have just had the perfect fall day. Sans apple cider, it was pretty near perfect, if you ask me!
Lily will turn 1 next month. She’s a smiling, happy cutie, isn’t she?

Lily is having quite the time experiencing her first Rhode Island autumn… the leaves are just too much fun for her!

How lucky am I to be able to photograph an adorable family in such a beautiful setting? Oh, life as a New England photographer… it’s rough isn’t it?
Thank you, Brouillette family, for such a delightful afternoon! I cannot wait to bring Michael & Orvis back to Lincoln Woods for some serious exploration!
You are a BUSY lady! I can’t believe how great these turned out (yes I can) but still, they are truly awesome. What an awesome setting for these photos! What a beautiful family!
P.S. The black and white of Lilly sitting on the bridge looking at the leaf makes me LAUGH! She is SO cute!
I love the black and white leaf shot!
Lilly brings a smile to all who see her. What a blessing.
Meredith! These are so adorable we can barely stand it. Thank you! We will have these photos forever!
Such an adorable baby! The black and white leaf photo is definitely my favorite too! It looks like something from a print-ad!
