bridal portraits: brooke!
Before I start posting images from last week’s DC engagement shoot & this weekend’s beach wedding, I couldn’t wait to share a few photos from Brooke’s bridal portrait session. After all, I’ve had these images ready & waiting for well over a month since they were taken in her parents’ beautiful backyard in Cary, North Carolina. And if I may be totally honest, patience is just not one of my strong suits. Keeping photos of such a gorgeous bride off of my blog was basically torture for me!
According to Brooke’s mother, or “MOB” as she was affectionately called by the “MOG” for nearly a year now, the entire day seemed like a fairy tale. And as you can see from these few images of Brooke, the story of Brooke & Matt’s wedding was made even more dreamlike with Brooke as the stunningly beautiful bride.

I know exactly how you feel keeping awesome pictures under wraps either because the client hasn’t seen them or because you just dont have time to blog. I love the bridal session – she looks amazing!!

oh gosh…she is beautiful and you did a fantastic job catching her different looks. sometimes Brooke looks like she wants to tell you something and you almost wait to hear her talk…Great Job Meredith!!! the gardens in her parents yard look fantastic in the photos. such an ethereal setting.
